Office Hours with the PR Poet: Brand Narrative Intensive
Office Hours with the PR Poet: Brand Narrative Intensive is a six-week program designed for leaders who are ready to lay the groundwork for their content & communications but feel overwhelmed with where to start.
Over the course of six weeks, we will tackle your core narrative arc, content themes & messaging pillars, tone & voice, visual content & proof library, content calendar & production planning so you feel empowered and equipped to tell your own story.
By the end of the program, we will have co-created a brand narrative playbook to guide and refine your communications & content plans.
The program requires a 2.5-hour weekly commitment for sessions and follow-up collaboration work.
Clients are encouraged to send a writing sample, content ideas you have been working on, or a social media platform for Stephanie to review and prepare a more customized approach.
Session 1: Core Narrative Arc
Tell me the story of your business and how you currently connect your products, services, events, vision, and values into a brand narrative. How do you communicate with your audience about the problem, the solution, and the "proof" or results?
Stephanie will capture and share notes.
Session 2: Content Themes & Messaging Pillars
Your content themes and messaging pillars anchor all of your communications. In this session we will identify 3-5 core themes and messaging pillars to guide your communications.
Stephanie will capture and share notes.
Session 3: Tone & Voice
How you speak attracts your target audience. What should your brand voice sound like to become or remain a consistent, human, and relatable brand with a trustworthy solution? What don’t you want to sound like?
Stephanie will capture and share notes.
Session 4: Visual Content & Proof Library
Share your current mood board, assets, customer testimonials, and photos that visually capture the look and feel of your brand. Together we will identify types of content and assets that you have the capacity and resources to create yourself and where you need additional help.
Stephanie will capture and share notes.
Session 5: Content Calendar & Production Planning
Brainstorm opportunities to leverage upcoming ticket sales, product offerings, announcements, services, events, messages, and media holidays and how to implement these offerings into a cohesive content calendar or framework.
Share any additional ideas that you want included in the final brand narrative playbook.
Session 6: Goal Setting & Next Steps
Stephanie to present the final brand narrative playbook and wrap up program learnings.
